Three years extensive Sales Management experience supervising 10 Army Recruiters as Large Station Commander for US Army in Scottsdale, AZ. Achieved #1 Large Recruiting Station for new enlistments three years running as Scottsdale Station Commander for the Southwestern United States Region. Twelve years of corporate C- level executive experience as CFO and CEO of National Cable Engineering Company. Transformed company into multi-million dollar national engineering company during tenure as CFO and then CEO. Extensive experience in investment and market feasibility analysis as cable engineering CFO and Securities Broker. Four years’ experience in commercial property management, sales, and leasing with special emphasis on management of commercial property holdings for commercial property investors.
