Prior to joining the NAI team, Tom worked as an Owners Agent for 22 years, serving client needs for tenant relocation, lease renewals and construction management on a portfolio of seventy properties, all of which were primarily single tenant retail properties on high-traffic sites.

Supervised construction of new bulk oil distributor facility (8,000 sq. ft.) to replace three fire-damaged structures on environmentally impacted site in flood plain.
Contracted demolition of obsolete restaurant, oversaw installation of 3,000 cubic yards of engineered fill and supervised construction of new 2,862 sq. ft. fast food restaurant with drive-up window. Increased rental from $1,400 to $7,000/month for Owner. |
