With over a decade of experience in property management, Sarah Erspamer has fine-tuned her skills in managing portfolios of both residential and commercial properties. Ms. Erspamer had the opportunity to work in some of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the Midwest, such as Chicago, Grand Rapids, and the Greater Lansing Area, and has collaborated with a diverse clientele from all walks of life. Her service responsibilities range from day-to-day operations to overseeing maintenance and repairs and negotiating leases and contracts.
