Scope of Service Experience
Tim Miller focuses on the strategic direction and growth strategies of the firm along with oversight of the operational, financial, and talent management aspects of the company. Since he joined with NAI Mid-Michigan in 2016, Tim has reshaped staffing for both the property management and brokerage divisions by recruiting and promoting from within. He has further led implementation of multiple technology solutions to help drive synergy, increase efficiency, harness key business metrics and elevate client platform deliverables.
Background & Experience
Tim has 28 years of corporate and financial leadership experience. Before joining NAI Mid-Michigan he worked at Control System Integrators as President and COO where he helped guide their growth in the areas of controls/automation engineering, manufacturing and technical staffing in the Midwest.
He has served as President, CFO and VP of Sales in the real estate, engineering and technical staffing fields, and was President of JBL Resources, Inc. when they debuted on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing recruiting firms in the US. Tim began his career at Arthur Andersen in Grand Rapids.
